To secure your appointment, a prepayment or deposit of 50% of the service chosen is required.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit for loss of trade.
As a mobile service, my schedule is subject to interruptions and delays due to traffic, driving distance from previous appointment and running over on a previous appointment. Your appointment time is an estimate arrival time. For example, if you have a 11AM appointment, I may arrive anytime between 10:45-11:45. ETA will be communicated to you.
I will message the client 30 minutes before finishing your pet’s grooming session. Please note that any pickups made after the scheduled time will incur a $20 late fee.
Mats form when the coat is not properly maintained by not brushing and combing on a regular basis. If the mats cannot be removed due to tightness on the skin, a shave down will be necessary to safely and humanly remove them. Excessive matting can be avoided with regular grooming appointments. De-matting will be charged at $20 per 15 minutes in addition to the base grooming fee.
I reserve the right to stop or refuse any groom in the event that I determine it is in your dog’s best interest or your dog displays aggressive behaviour.
If your dog weighs over 15kg, I reserve the right to refuse service or apply an additional charge of $25.
I do not accept dogs with fleas.
I will send appointment reminders 48 hours in advance, it is the dog owner's sole responsibility to remember their appointment. Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment for cancellations or rescheduling.
