I am situated in Rose Bay and service around the Eastern Suburbs. If clients prefer convenience, I can travel to their location.

A travel fee is charged when I am providing my service at the clients location. This fee helps me to cover fuel, time, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring that I can continue offering convenient grooming services.

Absolutely can! There will be no travel fee charged. I am located in Rose Bay.

CLIENTS LOCATION: Please allow a 45 minute window before and after the scheduled appointment depending on traffic as I may be running ahead or behind.

MY LOCATION: Drop off your dog at the scheduled appointment and I will text you 30 minutes prior to finishing for pick up.

Depending on the size and complexity of your dogs coat:

Wash & Dry: 30 minutes

Wash & Tidy: 45 minutes- 1hr

Full Groom: 1hr- 2hrs

I am currently only grooming small to medium dogs, no dogs over 15kg. 

I strongly believe that all dogs should have a pleasant experience while being groomed. Larger dogs typically need more room to move comfortably, and in a mobile unit, it can be challenging to safely manoeuvre them while ensuring their safety and comfort. 

The frequency of grooming depends on the breed and coat type of your dog. It is recommended for dogs to have a full groom every 6-8 weeks with a wash & tidy in-between.

I accept payID, bank transfer and cash. 

The van is fully equipped with both hot water and electricity! However in some cases I may require access to plug in for electricity.
